3)Customize your item: (If applicable) Add your personalization by filling out the “Add your personalization” section. This may include custom text or preferred design colors.

4)Set your quantity: Indicate how many items you’d like to purchase.

5)Add to cart and checkout: Click “Add to cart” to place your items in your basket. If you’d like to combine shipping, return to our shop and repeat the steps for additional items. When you’re done, proceed to checkout.

Garment Care Instructions: Turn the item inside out before washing, use cold water, avoid bleach, skip the dry-cleaning, and do not iron directly over the printed design.

Order Processing and Shipping: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. If you need your order quickly, consider choosing an expedited shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses: If your package is returned due to an inaccurate address, we’re happy to resend it. However, the additional shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

Important Printing Note: We are unable to print black text on black or dark heather gray garments, and white text cannot be printed on white apparel. Print size may also vary slightly compared to preview images displayed on our website.

– Can I cancel my order?
If production has not started, we can cancel your order. However, since we begin preparing items shortly after purchase, cancellation cannot always be guaranteed.

– Are returns and exchanges accepted?
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the issue is due to our mistake.

– What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty or wrong product, contact us right away with a photo of the item. Once confirmed, we will quickly send a replacement or issue a refund. We take quality seriously and apologize for any inconvenience.

– Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Address updates are possible before production begins. However, because production starts soon after order confirmation, we cannot always guarantee changes.
