Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! All handmade and print-on-demand items on LoveCraftify are created by independent sellers from around the world, and they are required to list accurate photos and descriptions.
Because handmade items are crafted individually, small variations may occur — this is part of their unique charm. For print-on-demand products, the design and colors will match the listing images unless otherwise noted.

If you receive something significantly different from the listing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order, your sales receipt is automatically sent to your email.
You can also:

  • Log into your LoveCraftify account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click on the order you want to view

There you will find your receipt, order details, and tracking information (if provided by the seller).

How can I return an item?

Returns depend on the seller’s individual policy, but LoveCraftify provides a unified return process for eligible products.

To request a return:

  1. Log into your LoveCraftify account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order

  4. Click Request Return / Open RMA

You may be asked to provide photos or details so the seller can review your request.
Digital products, custom items, and print-on-demand items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking depends on each seller. Some handmade items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked, while others may become available again.

If there is a specific product you love:

  • Click “Ask Seller a Question” on the product page

  • Or click “Notify Me When Available” if the option appears

The seller will inform you if restocking is possible.

Where can I ship my order?

LoveCraftify ships worldwide!
Different sellers may ship from different countries, so availability can vary.

During checkout, simply enter your shipping address.
If the seller ships to your region, the supported shipping methods will appear automatically.
