LoveCraftify – Refund Policy

At LoveCraftify.com, we connect customers with independent creators, handmade artisans, and print-on-demand sellers from around the world. Because we operate as a marketplace, each order may be fulfilled by different sellers, but all refund requests follow the general policy below to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

  • The item is not as described, significantly different from photos or product details.

  • The seller ships the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.

  • Parts, accessories, or components are missing.

  • The package is lost or never delivered (verified by tracking).

Some sellers may allow refunds for:

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Changed my mind
    (These cases depend on each seller’s return policy.)


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Digital products (downloads, patterns, SVGs, embroidery files, clipart, etc.) once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Custom or personalized items made specifically for the buyer.

  • Print-on-Demand items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.


3. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within:

14 days from the date of delivery (according to tracking information).

Requests made after this period may be declined depending on the seller’s policy.


4. Proof Required

To process a refund fairly, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • A description of the issue

  • Video evidence if the item is defective or malfunctioning

Sellers may request additional information if needed.


5. Refund Resolution Options

Depending on the issue and seller’s policy, customers may receive:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund (for minor issues)

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit / coupon

For Print-on-Demand products, refunds or replacements apply only when the product is defective, printed incorrectly, or not as described.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Seller pays return shipping when the item is wrong, defective, damaged, or misrepresented.

  • Customer pays return shipping when the refund is due to change of mind or ordering by mistake (if accepted by the seller).

Cross-border return shipping costs may vary depending on the seller’s location.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Refunds for shipping delays are only eligible when:

  • Tracking shows no movement for 20+ days,

  • The package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, or

  • Delivery exceeds the seller’s stated timeframe by a significant margin.


8. Marketplace Role

 

LoveCraftify.com acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling, replacing, and refunding their orders, but LoveCraftify may step in to assist when necessary to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
