Everything is 100% manufactured on a laser machine. All you need to do is add your logo to the sign. All connections are as hidden as possible.

length: 93mm / 3.66" (internal)
width: 40mm / 1.57" (internal)
height: 40mm / 1.57" (internal)

kerf (cut compensation): 0.15mm and 0
design available for plywood thickness: 3mm, 1/8inch (3.175mm), 3.6mm, 3.8mm, 4mm
digital product includes: CDR, SVG, PDF, AI

1. Paint the plywood black. I used a roller and quick drying acrylic paint.
2. Cut it out.
3. Assemble with wood glue. Wait until the parts stick together.
4. Glue on the leatherette. I used rubber cement and applied it to the wood with a brush and then applied the leatherette.
5. Wrap the ends of the leatherette into the side holes and insert decorative wooden strips – they will press the leatherette and hide the joint.
6. trim off excess leatherette with a blade, inside. I used a breadboard knife.
7. Glue the sign.

ATTENTION! This is not a physical product, these are digital files for manufacturing products on a CNC laser machine. While using this file, you can create finished product for own or commercial use. Resale of digital files and their distribution is prohibited.
