Laser Cut Whiskey Box Files: SVG, PDF, CDR (Digital)

Box 00252. Digital files for manufacturing products on a CNC laser machine (co2 or diode laser).

This universal wooden box is designed for storing and presenting bottles, gifts, or small valuables. With internal dimensions of 290x110x100mm (11.4×4.3×3.9 inches), it offers a versatile solution for various uses. The lid is secured with a magnetic lock, ensuring easy yet reliable closure. Bottle holders are optional. The engraving on the lid is easily replaceable. I tried to make the decorative elements and parts of the structure into one whole.

Optional bottle holders are included as separate files. You can choose from multiple variants to fit different bottle shapes and sizes. These holders can also be used as dividers for organizing other items inside the box.

All parts, except the magnets, are designed for laser cutting from plywood. The assembly is simple and requires minimal glue. For additional refinement, you can add felt inside (as shown in the photo), but this is optional.

For a magnetic lock, you need 2 magnets with a diameter of 3mm/0.12″. The thickness of the magnet must not exceed the thickness of the material. The diameter of the magnets can be corrected in any vector editor (for example, free inkscape).
