Our Wholesale Program allows approved buyers to place large or recurring orders directly with Lovecraftify sellers. Sellers can offer tiered pricing, production timelines, and customization options tailored for B2B needs.

Lovecraftify provides the platform, payment protection, and communication tools — while sellers handle production and fulfillment.

Who can apply?

• Retail stores & boutiques
• Online shops & marketplaces
• Corporate gifting & promotional buyers
• Event planners & subscription box companies
• Distributors & resellers (where permitted)

Eligible product types

• Handmade goods: home décor, gifts, accessories, crafts
• Print-on-demand: apparel, drinkware, stationery, branded merchandise
• Digital products: licensed files, templates, patterns (commercial terms apply)

Availability, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and customization options vary by seller.

Wholesale pricing & minimums

Wholesale pricing is set by individual sellers and may include:

• Volume-based discounts
• Custom quotes for large orders
• Separate pricing for personalization or private labeling
• Production & lead-time commitments

Sellers may define MOQs and may decline requests that don’t meet capacity or policy requirements.

2. Browse eligible wholesale listings or contact sellers directly
3. Request a quote or place a wholesale order
4. Confirm production timeline and shipping details
5. Pay securely through Lovecraftify
6. Seller produces and ships your order

Returns, cancellations & disputes

Wholesale orders may have different terms than retail orders. Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on:

• Seller’s wholesale policy
• Product type (custom / made-to-order / digital)
• Production status at time of request

Buyers should review seller terms carefully before confirming large or custom orders.

Compliance & intellectual property

Wholesale buyers are responsible for ensuring resale, distribution, and branding use complies with applicable laws and licensing terms.

Sellers retain ownership of their designs unless explicitly licensed otherwise. Digital wholesale licenses may restrict redistribution or modification.
