By placing an order on lovecraftify.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing checkout.

1. Products & Digital Downloads

1.1. Love Craftify primarily sells digital products (such as PNG files, SVGs, printables, templates and other downloadable content).
1.2. Unless clearly stated as a physical item, all products in your cart at checkout are digital files only. No physical product will be shipped.
1.3. Product descriptions, previews and mockups are for illustration purposes only. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer.

2. Prices, Currency & Taxes

2.1. All prices are shown in USD, unless otherwise indicated.
2.2. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
2.3. Depending on your location, applicable taxes, VAT or digital service taxes may be added at checkout, in accordance with local regulations.

3. Payments

3.1. We currently accept payments via [PayPal / Stripe / Credit or Debit Cards / Other gateways you use].
3.2. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
3.3. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation & Access to Files

4.1. After successful payment, you will see an order confirmation page and receive an email receipt at the address provided at checkout.
4.2. Digital files can be accessed via:

  • The download link shown on the confirmation page; and/or
  • The download link sent to your email; and/or
  • Your Love Craftify account → Orders / Downloads (if you created an account).

4.3. Please download and securely store your files. While we try to keep downloads available, we cannot guarantee permanent hosting for every purchase.

5. License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, each digital item is sold with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license:

5.1. ✅ You May:

  • Use the files for personal projects.
  • Use them for small business commercial use to create finished physical or flattened digital products (e.g., printed shirts, mugs, stickers, posters, merged designs), up to [insert your unit limit, e.g. 200 or 500 units] per design.
  • Make minor edits such as resizing, recoloring, or adding text.

5.2. ❌ You May NOT:

  • Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original files in any format (including as part of a bundle or collection).
  • Upload the original or slightly modified files to print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Redbubble, TeeSpring, Merch, etc.) as your own artwork, unless you have obtained an extended license from us.
  • Claim the artwork as your own creation or register it as a trademark or logo.
  • Use our designs in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

5.3. If you need a higher volume or extended / POD license, please contact us before purchase or before exceeding the usage limit.

6. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

6.1. Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

6.2. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within [7–14] days of your order if:

  • You received the wrong file,
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, or
  • The product page clearly misrepresented what you received.

In those cases we will, at our discretion, re-send files, provide an alternative format, or offer a refund.

6.3. We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after download,
  • Incompatibility with your software, if the correct file format was clearly listed,
  • Failure to download or back up files before they are removed or changed.

7. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Use

7.1. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at [support@lovecraftify.com] so we can help resolve it.

7.2. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in termination of your license to use our products and possible blocking from future purchases.

8. Technical Requirements

8.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate software and hardware to open and use the files (e.g., PNG/SVG-compatible software, unzip tools for ZIP files, etc.).
8.2. We’re happy to provide basic guidance, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or program.

9. Account Security

9.1. If you create an account on lovecraftify.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
9.2. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Changes to This Policy

10.1. We may update this Checkout & Purchase Policy from time to time.
10.2. Changes will apply to future purchases; existing orders will remain governed by the policy in place at the time of purchase.
