By placing an order with WarmHaven, you agree to the following:

• Please review the product details and size chart before ordering.
• Orders cannot normally be canceled once production has started.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for an approved return.
• Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned due to a change of mind or customer error.
• Colors and measurements may vary slightly because of screen settings and production methods.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported with your order number and clear photos.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and paying any applicable import taxes.
