Tracking your physical orders (Handmade & Print-on-Demand)

Lovecraftify allows you to easily track your physical orders once they have been shipped by the seller. This guide explains where to find your tracking details and what each order status means.

Important: Tracking is available for physical items only. Digital products do not include shipping or tracking.

Where to find your tracking information

After a seller ships your order, tracking details will appear in your account automatically.

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select Orders
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. View the Order updates section

You’ll see the shipping provider, tracking number, and shipped date (if available).

Understanding order statuses

  • Processing – The seller is preparing your order
  • Shipped – The order has been sent and tracking is available
  • Delivered – The carrier has marked the order as delivered
Status updates depend on the shipping carrier and may take time to refresh.

Using the tracking number

Once a tracking number is provided, you can:

  • Click the tracking number (if linked)
  • Or copy and paste it into the carrier’s website (e.g. USPS, DHL)

Carrier updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If tracking hasn’t updated

Sometimes tracking may show limited or delayed updates. If this happens:

  • Allow extra time for carrier scans
  • Double-check the tracking number
  • Contact the seller using Get Support
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate tracking information.

If your order appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact the seller first through the order page
  • If unresolved, reach out to Lovecraftify Support
