How to open a store on Lovecraftify
This guide walks you through creating a seller account and setting up your store on https://lovecraftify.com/. After setup, you’ll access your Vendor Dashboard to manage products, orders, and payouts.
1) Before you start
Prepare the following to set up your store faster:
- Email address you can access (for verification)
- Store name + a short URL (example: /store/yourshop)
- Profile image and optional store banner
- Address (for shipping origin / seller profile)
- Payout method details (PayPal email, bank info if applicable)
2) Step 1: register as a vendor
Go to My Account and create an account. In the registration form:
- Fill in your account details
Enter your email address, password, first name, and last name.
- Set your Shop Name
This is your public store name customers will see.
- Choose your Shop URL
Pick a short URL/slug (example: teetrendie) that becomes https://lovecraftify.com/store/teetrendie.
- Select “I am a vendor”
Make sure you choose I am a vendor (not “I am a customer”).
- Click Register
Your seller account will be created and you’ll be prompted to verify your email.
3) Step 2: verify your email
After registering, you’ll receive a verification email from Lovecraftify.
- Open the email and click Verify your email (or “Click Here”).
- Return to Lovecraftify and log in.
- If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Promotions and request Send again.
4) Step 3: optional setup wizard
After login, you may see a quick setup wizard (optional) with steps like:
- Store → basic store details and address
- Payment → payout method setup
- Verifications → business/identity/address/selfie checks (if required)
- Ready → confirmation your store is ready
You can click Let’s Go! to complete it now, or Not right now and finish later in Vendor Dashboard.
5) Step 4: complete Store Settings
Go to your Vendor Dashboard and open:
- Settings → Store (sometimes shown as “Settings → Visit Store” with store profile fields)
Recommended store profile items
- Profile picture (logo or brand icon)
- Store banner (optional but recommended)
- Store categories (helps buyers browse)
- Address (shipping origin / store info)
Where to click
- Vendor Dashboard → Settings
- Open Store tab/section
- Fill fields → click Update Settings
- Use Visit Store to preview your shop page
6) Step 5: payment setup
Set up your payout method so you can receive earnings:
- Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Payment
- Add your payout details (example: PayPal email, or other supported methods)
- Save / Continue
7) Step 6: verification (if required)
Some stores may be asked to complete verification to enable payouts and/or show a verified badge:
- Company Verification (business registration, if applicable)
- Identity Verification (passport / national ID / driver’s license)
- Address Verification (bank statement / utility bill)
- Selfie Verification (live photo holding ID + handwritten note)
8) Step 7: access Vendor Dashboard
Once your account is ready, your Vendor Dashboard will help you manage:
- Products (add new products, edit listings)
- Orders (process and fulfill)
- Reviews (reply and manage feedback)
- Shipping (shipping settings, origins)
- Support (messages and tickets)
9) Tips to look professional (and get more sales)
- Use a clean logo as your profile picture (square, high resolution).
- Add a banner that matches your niche (handmade, POD, digital).
- Write a short store bio explaining what you sell and your style.
- Set clear processing times for handmade/POD items.
- Organize products into categories so buyers can browse easily.
