I’m having trouble downloading/opening a file

If your digital file won’t download, won’t open, or looks corrupted, don’t worry—this is usually fixable. Follow the steps below to get a fresh download link or receive help from Lovecraftify.

Best first step: Contact the seller and request a new download link.

Step 1: Contact the seller for a new download link

Sometimes files are updated, re-uploaded, or a ZIP download gets interrupted. The fastest solution is to ask the seller to provide a fresh link or re-send the file.

  1. Open the product page or the seller’s store page.

  2. Click Get Support and describe the issue (download not working / file won’t open / wrong file).

  3. Ask the seller to provide a new download link (or re-upload the file to your order).

Tip: Include your order number, the product name, the file type (PDF/ZIP/SVG, etc.), and what device/app you’re using to open it.

Step 2: If the seller doesn’t respond, contact Lovecraftify Support

If you don’t receive a response from the seller, or the issue still isn’t resolved, Lovecraftify Support can step in.

  • Please include: order number, seller/shop name, product link, and a short description of the problem.

What Lovecraftify will do

Once you contact Support, our team will:

  • Request the seller to provide you a new download link or re-deliver the digital files.
  • Follow up to ensure you can successfully access the files.
  • If the seller cannot provide the file, we will issue a 100% refund.
Refunds apply when the seller is unable to deliver a working digital file for your purchase.
