1. Before you buy
Review these details on the listing page to avoid surprises:
- Item details: size, materials, included components, and photos
- Processing time: how long the seller needs to make/prepare your order
- Shipping method & cost: delivery options and estimated transit times
- Shop policies: returns, exchanges, cancellations, and custom work rules
- Personalization: required info (name, date, color choice, etc.), if applicable
2. Step-by-step: placing an order
- Find an item you want to purchase.
- Select options (size, color, quantity) and add personalization details if required.
- Click “Add to cart” (or “Buy now” if available).
- Review your cart and double-check item options, quantities, and shipping.
- Enter your shipping address (for physical items) and confirm contact details.
- Choose a payment method and complete checkout.
- Check your email for an order confirmation and receipt.
3. Personalization & custom requests
