Option 1: Contact a seller from their store page

If you are browsing a seller’s storefront and want to ask a general question:

  1. Visit the seller’s store page on Lovecraftify.

  2. Click the Get Support button located near the top of the store page.

  3. Enter your subject and message, then submit the form.

This option is ideal for questions about the seller’s shop policies, custom orders, bulk pricing, or future availability.

Option 2: Contact a seller from a product page

If your question is about a specific item:

  1. Open the product you are interested in.

  2. Click the Get Support button on the product page.

  3. Write your message and submit it to contact the seller directly.
