The Lovecraftify Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products sold on https://lovecraftify.com/, including handmade and print-on-demand (POD) items. Lovecraftify is a marketplace: individual sellers are responsible for setting and honoring their own return policies unless otherwise stated.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to physical items shipped to buyers. Digital downloads are governed by a separate policy and are generally non-returnable once delivered.

2. Seller responsibility

Each seller on Lovecraftify sets their own return and exchange terms. Buyers should review the seller’s shop policy and listing details before placing an order.

Important: Lovecraftify does not automatically accept returns on behalf of sellers unless required by law or stated otherwise.

3. Eligible returns

A return may be accepted if all of the following apply:

  • The seller’s shop policy allows returns
  • The item is returned within the stated return window
  • The item is unused and in original condition (unless damaged on arrival)

4. Non-returnable items

The following items are typically non-returnable unless required by law:

  • Custom or personalized handmade items
  • Print-on-demand products made specifically for the buyer
  • Items marked as “final sale” in the listing

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing description, buyers should contact the seller promptly.

  • Provide clear photos or evidence of the issue
  • Contact the seller within the timeframe stated in the shop policy

Sellers may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

6. Return process

Returns should be initiated by contacting the seller directly through the Lovecraftify messaging system.

  • Follow the seller’s return instructions
  • Use a trackable shipping method when required
  • Buyers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

7. Refunds & processing time

Refunds are issued by the seller once the returned item is received and inspected, or as otherwise stated in the seller’s policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

8. Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a return issue, the buyer may contact Lovecraftify Support. We may review the case in accordance with our marketplace policies.
