Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all items they list on Lovecraftify comply with applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Seller Responsibilities

By listing an item on Lovecraftify, you confirm that:

• You own the intellectual property rights to the item, or
• You have explicit permission or a valid license to use and sell the content

Prohibited listings include:

• Unauthorized copies of copyrighted works
• Use of trademarks or brand names without permission
• Fan art or derivative works sold without rights holder authorization
• Digital files shared, resold, or redistributed without proper licensing

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must respect the intellectual property rights of sellers. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

• Digital files are for personal or commercial use only as specified in the listing license
• Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or share files unless explicitly permitted
• Physical items may not be copied or reproduced for resale

4. Reporting Copyright or IP Infringement

If you believe that content on Lovecraftify infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal report.

• Identify the infringing listing(s)
• Provide proof of ownership or authorization
• Include accurate contact information

Reports can be submitted via our DMCA & Copyright reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

5. Counter-Notices

If your content is removed due to an IP complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice.

• You must provide a valid legal basis for the counter-claim
• False or misleading counter-notices may result in account suspension

6. Repeat Infringers

Lovecraftify may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or abuse the reporting system.

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion to protect rights holders and maintain marketplace integrity.

7. Disclaimer

Lovecraftify is a marketplace platform and does not pre-screen every listing for IP compliance. Responsibility for listed content rests with the seller.
