What if my order is delayed or lost?

What if My Order Is Delayed or Lost?

Most orders on Lovecraftify arrive on time, but occasionally delays or shipping issues can happen. Here’s what to do if your order is late or appears to be lost.

Step 1: Check Your Order Status

Before taking further action, review your order details:

  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select the affected order
  • Check the order status and tracking information
Shipping times may vary depending on the seller’s processing time, destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Step 2: Contact the Seller

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact the seller directly.

  • Click Get Support on the seller’s store page
  • Or click Get Support on the product page
  • Ask the seller to check with the shipping carrier
💬 Sellers are responsible for shipping and are usually able to provide updates or resolve delivery issues quickly.

If Your Order Appears Lost

An order may be considered lost if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period
  • The carrier confirms the package cannot be located
  • The order never arrives despite being marked as shipped

In this case, the seller may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and their shop policies.

Step 3: Contact Lovecraftify Support

If the seller does not respond or cannot resolve the issue, you can contact Lovecraftify Support for assistance.

  • Provide your order number
  • Include tracking details and your communication with the seller
  • Explain the issue clearly (delayed or lost shipment)
⚠️ Lovecraftify may step in to help mediate the issue. If the order cannot be delivered, you may be eligible for a refund based on the circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Custom or personalized items may have limited replacement options
  • International shipments may experience customs-related delays
  • Always allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons
Keeping communication open with the seller is the fastest way to resolve most shipping issues.
