How and when do I get paid?

This article explains how seller payouts work on Lovecraftify, including when your earnings become available and how often payouts are sent.

Quick overview: New seller accounts have an initial hold period. After that, payouts are sent weekly every Monday once funds are available.

New seller account hold period

For security and marketplace protection, new seller accounts are subject to an initial payout hold.

  • After your first sale, earnings are held for 2 months.
  • This applies to all new seller accounts.
  • The hold period helps prevent fraud and ensures successful order fulfillment.
Starting from month 3, your account becomes eligible for regular payouts.

Payout schedule

Once your account is eligible for payouts:

  • Payouts are issued every Monday.
  • Only funds marked as available are included.
  • Payouts are sent to your selected payment method.

When funds become available

Availability depends on the product type you sell:

Product type When funds become available
Digital products Available 24 hours after the buyer completes payment
Physical products (Handmade / POD) Available 3 days after the order is marked as delivered
Delivery status for physical orders is based on tracking information provided by the seller.

Important notes

  • Only available funds are included in payouts.
  • Refunded or canceled orders are excluded from payouts.
  • Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
  • You can track your balance and payout history in your Seller Dashboard.
