1. Illegal or Regulated Items

The following items are not allowed on Lovecraftify:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Stolen goods or items obtained unlawfully
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon parts
• Items that promote or facilitate illegal activity

2. Hate, Violence & Harmful Content

Lovecraftify does not allow content that promotes harm or discrimination.

• Hate speech or symbols targeting protected groups
• Violent, extremist, or terrorist-related content
• Threats, harassment, or glorification of violence
• Items that encourage self-harm or abuse

3. Adult & Explicit Content

Some mature-themed items may be restricted. The following are prohibited:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Items exploiting or involving minors in any sexual context
• Explicit digital content intended for sexual gratification

4. Intellectual Property Infringement

Sellers must respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted artwork, characters, or designs
• Trademarked names, logos, or brands without permission
• Fan art or derivative works sold without rights holder authorization
• Digital files resold, shared, or redistributed without proper licensing

5. Misrepresentation & Deceptive Listings

• Items falsely described as handmade when they are mass-produced
• Misleading descriptions, images, or materials
• False claims about origin, authenticity, or licensing
• Digital products that do not match the listing description

6. Restricted Digital Content

The following digital products are not allowed:

• Pirated software, media, or cracked files
• Hacked tools, malware, spyware, or exploits
• Digital content encouraging illegal or harmful behavior

7. Medical, Health & Safety Claims

• Items claiming to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases
• Unverified medical or health advice
• Products making false or misleading health claims

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Lovecraftify may take action against listings or accounts that violate this policy, including:

• Removing or disabling listings
• Suspending or terminating seller accounts
• Withholding funds when required by law
• Reporting illegal activity to authorities
