Lovecraftify Fee Structure

This page explains how seller fees work on Lovecraftify. Our fee structure is designed to support marketplace operations while remaining transparent and predictable for sellers.

Quick summary: Sellers pay a listing fee, a transaction fee based on product type, and payment processing fees. There are no monthly subscription fees.

1. Listing Fee

  • $0.20 USD per listing
  • Applies to physical and digital products
  • Listing duration: 4 months or until sold
  • Auto-renews with the same fee when expired or renewed after a sale

2. Transaction Fee

Transaction fees are applied when an item sells. The rate depends on the product type.

  • 15% for physical products (Handmade, Print on Demand, made-to-order)
  • 25% for digital products (digital downloads, files, patterns, assets)
  • Calculated from the item price (excluding payment processing fees)
Higher digital fees reflect instant delivery, platform hosting, bandwidth, and buyer protection for digital content.

3. Payment Processing Fee

  • 3% + $0.25 USD per transaction
  • Charged by payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, or supported gateways)
  • Rate may vary by country and payment method

Important Notes

  • No monthly or subscription fees.
  • Fees are automatically deducted per order.
  • Refunded orders may still incur non-refundable processing fees.
  • Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes.
