Printing shipping labels

Sellers on Lovecraftify are responsible for creating and printing their own shipping labels. You can purchase labels directly from your chosen carrier or shipping service.

1. Confirm the buyer’s shipping address in your order details.
2. Select a carrier and shipping method that matches your listing.
3. Print the shipping label clearly (standard A4 or label printer).
4. Ensure the barcode and address text are fully visible and not cut off.
5. Attach the label securely to the package.

Packaging best practices

Proper packaging helps prevent damage during transit and reduces delivery issues.

For physical products

• Use sturdy boxes or padded mailers appropriate for the item size.
• Protect fragile items with bubble wrap, tissue paper, or padding.
• Seal packages securely with strong packing tape.
• Keep items from moving inside the package.

For handmade items

• Wrap items carefully to protect craftsmanship and details.
• Consider adding a thank-you note or care instructions.
• Avoid excessive packaging while still ensuring protection.

For print-on-demand (POD) items

• Ensure production partners follow your quality and packaging standards.
• Check that packaging prevents bending, moisture, or surface damage.

Before you ship

• Double-check the shipping address.

• Add tracking information to the order when available.
• Ship within your stated processing time.
