1. Lovecraftify’s role

Lovecraftify is a marketplace with independent third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to their listings, images, and other content they post. 2. How to report copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

Required information

1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (you may type your full legal name).

6. Accuracy & authority statement: A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. How to submit a DMCA counter notice

If your content was removed or disabled due to a copyright report and you believe this happened due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter notice to our Designated Agent. Required information

4. What happens after we receive a notice or counter notice

A) After a compliant DMCA notice

• We may remove or disable access to the identified material.

B) After a compliant counter notice

5. Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Lovecraftify may suspend or terminate selling privileges (or accounts) for users who are subject to repeat or multiple notices of intellectual property infringement. 6. Withdrawals

We generally only accept withdrawals of infringement reports from the original copyright owner or an authorized representative. A withdrawal should clearly identify the report and the affected material (e.g., listing URL(s) and shop name). 7. Misrepresentations & misuse

8. Trademark & other IP (non-DMCA)
